Dental Fee Guide Increases for 2023

It’s that time of the year when most provincial and territorial dental associations release their annual dental fee guides. Typically, there is an overall increase for dental services provided by general practitioners.

The information contained in the provincial/territorial fee guides is used by Insurers to establish reimbursement levels for the dental services provided to employee recipients on their Group Benefit Plans and ensure that fees represent what the majority of dentists charge.

Note: The fee guides charges are “recommendations” and are not “mandatory”. Always check with your dentist if they are charging based on the current Dental Fee Guide.
